I'd like for you to look at the test results and opportunities to speed it up. Then give me 'range' of test scores you think you can reach for each: 1) Gtmetrix, 2) PageSpeed (desktop), and 3) PageSpeed (mobile - very important) plus
I want to know what you're up against to make it faster. And how much faster you think you can make given the issues the 3 tests tell you. Basically, I think those tests will tell you the scope of work, then you tell me how much you can improve the website given those issues.
