Webforms and database to automatically sync with quickbooks 2011 on my desktop.
Form #1, Transaction: Credit card charge, check or bill with fields such as date, vendor, amount, memo, account, customer, billable, image upload.
Form #2, Time: Daily time entry with fields such as date, employee, customer, service item, payroll item, WC codes, duration, image upload.
Images will not be synced into QB.
Webforms and Database will be stored on my godaddy hosting account which has mysql enabled.
I am particular about the webforms as they will be used on computers and smart phones. Webform fields will need to be drop down selections populated by existing qb data for most items such as customer, employee, vendor, payroll item, etc...
