To create an Auto Loan Application Website based upon the files uploaded. The site must have full functionality and be fully operational before end of day Monday.
The attached files and the following information are how I would like the site to look and function.
There will not be an option to choose what kind of loan, all loans are auto loans. Do not place this on the application.
There will not be an option to choose what kind of car, they will choose when they go to the dealership after they are approved. Do not place this on the application.
Pg 1 is entrance page. The applicant will type in our domain [url removed, login to view] into their browser and it will take them to pg 1.
They will be required to enter their "CLIENT CODE" number here. The pin number will be stored with their data. It will not be unique. It will include five digits. xxxxx - the first four digits xxxx_ will be the code for the specific campaign. The last digit will be the code for one of the auto dealers who are participating in the campaign. ____x
Once the applicant enters the code and presses submit, he is taken to the next page which is their contact information - pg 2.
Then pg 3, Here, we request a social security number. That is three fields with 3,2.4 numbers. For viewing by the our dealers or by the administrator or even in the final confirmation and submittal page it should show as such 123-45-6789.
Then comes pg 4 - it has an income calculator that will display differently depending on whether the applicant presses Salary or Hourly. Store all of the data that the applicant enters into the database.
Then the applicant is taken to pg 5 which is the Confirmation Page and is given the option to change any incorrect information through edit links.
Once the applicant presses submit, he is taken to pg 6, the acknowledgement page. On this page, it will congratulate the applicant by name and give a map to the campaign location. Remember there are many campaigns going on at the same time, so the particular campaign is identified by the Client Code that the applicant submitted on the first page. This pulls the campaign address and name from the event database and uses it to populate and to map the location.
There should also be a list of items that the applicant should be prepared to bring with him. This address and list of items should have a format included in CSS that would allow a press of a button to format for print.
See files that have been uploaded to you. These need to be made functional.
Once the applicant completes the application, an Secure Email should be to the dealer to whom is assigned the client code. This secure email should include all of the data gathered from that individual applicant.
Additionally, there needs to be a back-end where the administrator can enter new campaigns and new dealers. A dealer may participate in many campaigns. There may be hundreds of campaigns and hundreds of dealers. But, a campaign may only have up to ten dealers.
The admin panel must have reports for each campaign showing the numbers of applicants that were assigned to each dealer. (remember they are assigned by the client code). And, the number of applicants for the total campaign.
