We have set up Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and would like a helpdesk system set up -

when emails come in, for it to automatically create a case, notify sender via email, notify helpdesk agent case has been created, when the case is assigned to a user, a email to go to them as well, emails templates are also required.

We currently have a remote hosted exchange server 2010
