We said we would likely be hiring you again. What we need you for now was not what we had in mind then, but it is urgent.
We upgraded to Magento v1.7 a couple of days ago. We were advised that this would solve many of the problems we were having with our store, including some ordering issues. Now our customers can't order at all (unless they use a PayPal account).
Once a customer has put all of her information into the steps of the onepage checkout, including credit card information, they proceed to the final (5th) step, ORDER REVIEW. But there is no way to complete the order. There is no SUBMIT button at step 5. Needless to say, this has had a bad effect on my sales.
The problem can be seen by creating an order ([url removed, login to view]) and checking out. Select the "Check" option for payment so you can proceed to ORDER REVIEW without entering credit card information.
Once again, this is a very serious problem. I will set a budget, but you tell me if it is not reasonable.
