I’m looking for a bright, female graduate who can join Future Study International Pvt. Ltd. in Kakkanad, Kochi right away and become the voice of our admissions desk. Your day will revolve around telephone and WhatsApp outreach: explaining our study-abroad and professional courses, answering students’ questions in real time, and nudging interested prospects toward enrolment. What the role actually involves • Providing clear, accurate course information on every call • Handling incoming student inquiries with warmth and confidence • Conducting systematic follow-up calls to keep leads engaged • Maintaining concise call notes and basic documentation in our CRM / Excel sheets You’ll thrive here if you have: – Strong spoken English and Malayalam (additional Hindi is a bonus) – A pleasant phone presence and smart, presentable appearance – Basic computer literacy to work with our dialer, email and MS Office – The energy to start immediately; freshers are welcome and fully trained We offer a starting salary of ₹10,000 plus performance increments and incentives that typically add another ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 for consistent converters. Candidates living in or around Kochi (especially Kakkanad) will get first preference so your commute is easy and you can settle in fast.
