Bilingual Polish-German Customer Calls

I have a list of clients who need quick, friendly follow-up in both Polish and German. The task is simple: call each contact, answer their service-related questions, note any issues they raise, and email me a short summary right after every conversation. All phone numbers and a concise briefing sheet (in English) will be ready for you on day one. Most questions circle around delivery status and basic product information—nothing overly technical—so a clear, reassuring tone matters more than deep product knowledge. Please use your own phone or a VoIP solution; I’ll reimburse any verified call charges. Native-level fluency in Polish and German is mandatory because clients often switch languages mid-sentence. Deliverables: • Completed call log with date, time, and outcome for each number • One-paragraph recap of recurring themes or concerns after the final call Acceptance criteria: every name on the list has been reached or at least three attempts are documented, and summaries are sent within 24 hours of the last call. If this first round runs smoothly, I’ll have additional batches ready next month.
