I need support reviewing recorded inbound customer-service calls from a US account. Each day you will log in to our portal, select the assigned recordings, and score them using the checklist I provide. I care most about two things: did the agent follow the approved script, and did they maintain a professional, friendly tone throughout the interaction. Where something slips—an off-script statement, a rushed farewell, or a missed empathy cue—you’ll add a short, clear note so the team can coach the agent later. Good English listening skills and a solid ear for US accents are essential. A headset, a reliable laptop, and steady internet are all you need; no special software beyond a browser. If you have previous call-center, QA, or customer-support experience, that will help you ramp up quickly. Deliverables • Daily (or weekly, if you prefer batching) score sheets in the template I share • Concise written feedback for each call, highlighting script adherence and tone issues • A summary quality report at the end of each week The workload scales with call volume, so we can agree on either an hourly rate or a per-call fee once we start talking.
