Job Description: Our Ecommerce Call specialist will be in charge of receiving all incoming calls from our online vendors such as Walmart, Amazon, Etc. They will be answering the phone looking up orders and offering a solution to any potential issues. Which may include calling suppliers for order updates or calling shipping companies like Fedex or UPS to update a status of a package.
In addition, the Call Specialist will make outbound calls to find new potential wholesale suppliers for our clients. Lastly, the Call Specialist will also submit new application for our customers to key marketplaces such as Walmart Applications, Amazon applications, Etc.
