This is a very part time position. Starting at 1 hour per day, Monday - Friday. I run an online program that teaches tenants how to lawfully slow down or stop their eviction. When people find us they are often stressed and looking for immediate guidance, so every conversation counts. I need a seasoned phone closer who can handle both inbound inquiries and proactive follow-ups, operating during Central Standard Time hours. Here is what the role looks like day to day: you’ll pick up every incoming call, listen with genuine empathy, walk the caller through our $595 members-only website, and confidently move them to a paid enrollment before the call ends whenever it is the right fit. Between calls you will return missed calls, check voicemails, and place outbound follow-ups to warm leads who asked for more information. Success in this seat relies on three core strengths—clear, reassuring communication, proven sales experience, and an authentic ability to relate to someone who feels cornered by their landlord. I will supply a detailed call script, objection-handling notes, and login to our small CRM so you can log outcomes and collect payment info securely.
