Clear, friendly English and a confident phone manner are essential because you will often be a client’s first point of contact. • Data entry – After each viewing or lead-generation exercise I’ll send you raw numbers; you’ll update the shared spreadsheets so I can see accurate price comparisons, viewing statistics, and commission projections at a glance. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do expect same-day updates. Everything is cloud-based—Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web—so you can work remotely with a stable internet connection. I’ll provide call-forwarding and a dedicated e-mail login. Daily check-ins keep us aligned; beyond that, manage your own time as long as deadlines are met.
