To streamline my future outreach I need a reliable caller who can ring these multi-site organisations and capture accurate decision-maker intelligence—no selling involved. I will supply the call lists; your job is to speak with each site, confirm the right contact and uncover a few key details. After every conversation I expect the information logged promptly into the custom CRM system I will provide you with. Please make sure each record includes: • Decision-maker’s full name, title and direct email/phone • Current toner/print-supply provider • Number of branches or approximate monthly print volume (when shared) • Any service or cost pain points they mention • Recommended time or channel for a follow-up Accuracy and a friendly, professional phone manner matter more than call speed.
