I’m looking for someone who already understands the listing and selling workflow on eBay and can step straight into the inbox to manage those shipping-and-delivery questions, late-arrival claims and “item never received” cases. Day-to-day you’ll watch the Message Centre and the Resolution Centre, reply with policy-compliant language that keeps my seller metrics safe, open carrier investigations when needed, upload tracking or delivery evidence, and keep me in the loop through a quick note in a shared Google Sheet. Deliverables • All buyer messages answered within 24 hours • Shipping or delivery disputes either resolved or properly escalated within eBay’s deadlines • No new defects or late-shipment dings tied to communication lapses To get started, tell me about similar dispute work you’ve handled, the tools you prefer—Seller Hub, ShipStation, AfterShip, etc.—and your typical workflow. I’ll begin with a one-week trial (roughly 15–20 inquiries); if we’re both happy we’ll roll into a longer engagement.
