Your primary focus will be to pick up inbound calls (and occasionally return missed ones), listen carefully to each question, provide clear information, and record a brief summary of every interaction in our basic CRM tool. Fluency in Malayalam is essential; if you’re also comfortable switching to English when required, that’s a plus, but Malayalam must remain your main working language with callers. You’ll get a concise knowledge-base and call-flow script before your first shift, and I’m happy to walk through a few mock calls so you feel confident before going live.
