# Financial Services Representative (Remote) ## About Apollo Financial, LLC Apollo Financial, LLC is a commercial finance company that helps startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses obtain financing solutions tailored to their business needs. We are seeking a professional and dependable **Financial Services Representative** to serve as the primary point of contact for businesses that have already applied for financing through our company. **This is not a cold-calling or telemarketing position.** Every business you contact has already: * Requested information about our financing services. * Completed a financing application. * Submitted the required financial documentation for review. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be assigned your own portfolio of applicants and will serve as each customer's dedicated point of contact throughout the application process. Your role is to build professional relationships, provide updates, answer general questions, and ensure every applicant receives exceptional customer service. ## Responsibilities * Contact applicants by telephone after their financing application has been received. * Introduce yourself as the customer's assigned Financial Services Representative. * Confirm receipt of the customer's application and supporting financial documentation. * Explain the next steps in the application review process. * Answer general questions regarding the funding process. * Maintain regular communication with assigned applicants by telephone and email. * Document all customer interactions accurately. * Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality. * Escalate underwriting or funding-related questions to management when necessary. ## Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional telephone etiquette. * Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Attention to detail. * Reliable high-speed internet connection. * Quiet, professional home office environment. * Ability to communicate professionally in English. * Previous experience in customer service, banking, financial services, insurance, or a call center is preferred but not required. ## Company Resources Selected representatives will receive: * Company email address. * Company telephone number. * Initial training and onboarding. * Ongoing management support. * An assigned portfolio of applicants. ## Confidentiality Due to the sensitive financial information handled during the application process, all selected candidates must successfully complete and sign the following prior to beginning work: * Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) * Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) ## Trial Period This position begins as a **90-day contract**. Representatives who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service may be considered for a permanent position with Apollo Financial, LLC.
