You will handle both inbound and outbound calls tied to our after-sales care subscription, acting as the first voice our customers hear before their case moves to Operations. Day to day you will: • Receive and place calls that answer questions, solve minor issues, or gather missing details. • Log each interaction in HubSpot—our chosen CRM—so the Operations team can pick up seamlessly. • Escalate technical or installation-related matters with clear, concise case notes, ensuring zero information loss during handover. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential; technical knowledge of solar systems helps but is not a deal-breaker because our Operations specialists take over the complex tasks. Success looks like: • 100 % of calls documented in HubSpot with accurate tags and next steps. • Response times that keep customers feeling heard within the first ring group cycle. • Smooth handovers that reduce follow-up work for Operations.
