Fluency in spoken and written English is absolutely essential because most interactions are voice-based. I rely on you to combine excellent communication with sharp problem-solving skills so each caller feels heard, understood, and helped. You’ll be switching between channels frequently, so an organised workflow and the ability to think on your feet are key. Typical shift coverage runs 7 days a week roughly 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern (some flexibility exists for the right candidate). I provide the knowledge base, access to our support dashboard, and call/ chat tools; you bring a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection, and a headset clear enough for professional calls.
