Your primary focus will be twofold: • Respond quickly and politely to every customer inquiry that appears in TikTok Shop Manager, from product questions to post-purchase concerns, keeping response times within the platform’s recommended window. • Process each incoming order, arrange fulfillment with my warehouse partner, and upload tracking details so buyers always know where their package is. Because the role centers on TikTok Shop itself, you should already be comfortable navigating TikTok Shop Manager—no need to be an expert, but you should know your way around the dashboard and its basic analytics. I’m happy to train you on my specific product line, brand guidelines, and tone of voice; what matters most is that you bring reliable availability, clear English communication, and a genuine commitment to giving shoppers a smooth experience. This is an entry-level position with room to grow. As sales scale, we can expand your responsibilities into inventory oversight, promotional planning, or even content coordination if that interests you. For now, I simply need consistent coverage seven days a week (we’ll agree on exact hours) and a proactive approach to flagging any issues before they escalate.
