Hire freelancer for sales project

We're looking to hire a native Norwegian speaker freelancer who can help our recruitment company, established in Denmark, with a sales project targeting B2B (Business-to-Business) customers in Norway. We're selling tailor-made recruitment services for sectors of horticulture and hospitality, we have ideas and experience in place for a sales strategy, developed concept and sales materials, we encourage and are open to try new ideas and solutions. The freelancer should be native Norwegian speaker, have strong knowledge and experience in sales strategy and communication, phone sales, lead generation, proven success working with B2B customer relationships, and preferable connection to hospitality and horticulture industry/network. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in creating and executing sales strategies, follow monthly KPI and have a passion for exceeding sales goals. They should have direct experience with managing leads and creating sales pipelines, to ensure that all opportunities for new business and customer relationships are maximized.
