I manage vacation rental apartments in Barcelona and Italy and I'm in need of a reliable bilingual (Spanish and English) customer support specialist to assist my guests remotely. Weekend shifts are a must. Proficiency in Italian would be a plus, but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities: - Answering customer message and inqueries - work 4/5 days a week, including week-ends (10h00 - 18:00) - provide excellent custumer service ensuring quick and professional responses. - escalade issues as per our protocols. Ideal skills and experience: - Fluent in Spanish and English essential for communication with guests - Experience in the vacation rental industry / PMS / Airbnb - Customer service experience - Proficient in handling bookings and reservations - Excellent communication an problem solving skills Bonus skills : - Italian language proficiency (preferred but not required) - previous experience with a PMS - Located or familiar with Barcelona Project details : - Ongoing - Start date: as soon as possible
