We're looking for a part time software support tech to cover email and phone during staff absences. This will involve the first two weeks of October, 2017 to begin with so the best candidate would need to be a fast learner. This would be level 1 support, answering questions about how to use the system. Generally speaking, the amount of support calls we get are very few. Must be USA based, preferably northeast and ideally in New Hampshire.
The system is written in java with a MySQL database.
This is not a "scripted response" type of support project. The ideal candidate will posses technical skills that enable them to respond without the use of scripted responses.
