WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - You speak with warm leads who requested a call. - You convert relevant leads into paying customers. - You onboard new customers efficiently. - You make sure customers have a good first week with the product. - You keep a clear overview of your own leads and follow-ups. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 1) Phone sales - You call potential customers who asked to be contacted. - You understand their situation and explain the value of SEO.AI. - You close the sale when there is a clear fit. 2) Onboarding - You help new customers get started quickly and confidently. - You run simple onboarding sessions. Light technical understanding is enough. - You make customers feel comfortable using the product. 3) First-week follow-up - You follow up with new customers during their first week. - You answer questions and remove uncertainty. - You ensure customers get value early. - WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - You are comfortable with phone-based sales and high activity. - You are calm, positive, and trustworthy on calls. - You communicate clearly without scripts or sales tricks. - You work in a structured way and follow up. - You are comfortable taking responsibility. - You speak fluent English.
