# Job Description ## Telecaller / Appointment Setter – Digital Marketing Services within India (This is NOT a sales role, just appointment setting.) ### Job Type Performance based Remote working (work from home) ### Role Overview We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers / Appointment Setters who can connect with business owners, understand their marketing needs, collect required information, and schedule FREE consultation appointments with our Business Consultants / Marketing Consultants. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, listening ability, basic sales understanding, and strong follow-up discipline. --- # Key Responsibilities ### Calling & Lead Communication * Contact potential clients using a personal number. * Follow the provided call scripts and communication guidelines. * Ask customers for 5–10 minutes of availability before beginning discussions. * Introduce digital marketing services professionally. * Build rapport and maintain polite communication throughout the call. ### Information Collection * Ask questions one at a time and encourage customers to speak more. * Collect accurate customer details and business information. * Understand customer pain points, marketing challenges, and budget expectations. * Take notes carefully during conversations. ### Data Entry & Documentation * Submit complete and accurate responses in Google Forms after every interaction. * Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-up status. * Ensure all details entered match actual customer discussions. ### Appointment Scheduling * Schedule FREE consultation calls / online meetings with Business Consultants. * Book appointments in Google Calendar based on customer preferences. * Avoid scheduling conflicts and manage calendar coordination. ### Follow-up & Reminders * Send appointment confirmations and reminders through calls or WhatsApp. * Reduce no-shows through timely follow-ups. * Contact customers immediately if they miss scheduled appointments. * Coordinate with managers/supervisors before appointments. ### Customer Support * Answer basic service-related questions. * Share approved information through Business WhatsApp after discussing with supervisor/manager. --- # Required Skills * Good Hindi communication skills (English communication preferred) * Strong listening and convincing ability * Basic understanding of digital marketing services * Ability to handle customer conversations professionally * Comfortable using: * Google Forms * Google Calendar * WhatsApp Business * Basic spreadsheets * Good follow-up and coordination skills * Self-disciplined and target-oriented --- # Preferred Candidate Profile * Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred * Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply * Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers --- # Performance Expectations * Daily outbound calling activity * Accurate data collection and form submission * Appointment booking targets * Low no-show rate through proper reminders and follow-ups * Professional customer interaction quality --- # Important Note All customer interactions and submitted responses may be verified during actual consultation calls.
