It takes about twenty minutes with pandas, and you'd be looking at the actual result rather than a promise. The rule you described automates easily: any row with a blank in any column comes out. What isn't automatic is what counts as blank. A cell holding a single space, an "N/A" string, or a zero that should have been empty will slip straight past a naive check. I test for those first and show you what turned up before anything gets deleted, because once the rows are gone they're gone. You get the files back with the same names and format, plus a small log for each one: rows in, rows removed, rows out, and which column triggered each removal if you want that detail. Rs.850 an hour, and the first file is free, so you can judge the work before any of it is billed.
