I need a complete analytical teardown of a couple of existing Astrology based e-commerce Web Portals. The idea is the get full information about those website and a complete point-by-point detailed listing and description of all features, and functionalities available on those websites. T Scope • Perform a page-by-page review of the reference Website store, capturing every touch-point—from landing page to all pages. Deliverables 1. A structured excel sheet containing complete listing of features, sub-features, sub-sub-features and a detailed report with clear section headings. 2. A feature backlog spreadsheet, prioritised by must-have, nice-to-have, and future phase. Acceptance Criteria • Every user-facing element and backend capability visible on the reference site is captured and categorised. • Feature list entries are concise, testable, and grouped logically (catalogue, search, cart, checkout, marketing, fulfilment, analytics). Feel free to use any tool which can help you in completing this project. Time is the key. Rest I will discuss when I will be allocating this projecct.
