Hi, a clean Excel sheet with your raw figures, text and dates in the right columns, then formatted so it reads well. The risk here is one typo, not the volume. How we'd do it: set the column types first so dates and numbers don't land as text, then enter the data, then run validation rules on the number and date columns to catch what slipped. Formatting last, once the data settles. Roughly how many rows are we looking at? We have done the same tidy up on messy order exports, so it comes back ready for the formulas you want to add later.
