My workflow uses LibreOffice/openpyxl for ordinary .xlsx files. Please flag any native-Excel-only requirement; complex charts, external connections or macros need compatibility review before commitment. Original data and workbook features will be preserved. My rate is INR 750/hour, billed for actual time. The 2-hour weekly setting is for ONE initial batch capped at TWO TOTAL hours (INR 1,500 maximum), including the sample, input review, entry, QA, communication and one correction within that cap. If the batch won't fit, we'll reduce it before accepting. Further batches need a separately agreed scope; there is no automatic weekly commitment. Spreadsheet data entry is easy to do fast and hard to do correctly, and the difference usually shows up downstream rather than in the sheet itself. What I check as I go: 1. Column types. IDs, phone numbers and postcodes with leading zeros must be entered as text or Excel eats the zero. Anything shaped like a date gets the cell formatted before entry, not corrected afterwards. 2. Consistency within a column. Mixed formats are invisible until you try to sort or filter: trailing spaces, inconsistent capitalisation, the same value spelled two ways. I normalise these as I enter rather than leaving them for you. 3. Whether the sheet already has formulas, named ranges or validation, so nothing gets pasted over something that was calculating. 4. A verification pass before delivery. Row and column counts against the source, totals where they exist, and a scan for blanks that should not be blank. You get the file back with a short note on anything in the source that was ambiguous, rather than me guessing and you finding it later. Tell me the row count and the source format and I can give you a firm turnaround.
