FlowJo Cytometry Data Analysis

I have a mixed set of single-cell and population flow-cytometry files that I need processed in FlowJo. My immediate goal is to apply a combination of my existing “go-to” gates alongside fresh, on-the-fly adjustments so the final workspace captures every relevant sub-population without bias. The core analysis I’m after is a clear, publication-ready histogram overlay that makes trend comparison effortless. Once the gating is locked, I’d like the full FlowJo workspace returned, accompanied by exported statistics (mean, median, % positive, etc.) and high-resolution plots ready for insertion into figures. You’ll receive the raw .fcs files plus a short note outlining my current gate hierarchy.
