Obsidian organisation filing project - Similar to zettelkasten

Need help to organise an extremely large backlog of links, bookmarks, todos, ideas, notes, etc. There are thousands of items, across many documents, spreadsheets, and other types of files These need to be organised into an obsidian vault, according to my current system of filing You will need to learn the meaning of certain specific terms, people's names, patterns, etc. that I use (by communicating with me) and then extrapolate this information to apply to other areas You cannot use AI for any part of this project This is a very large project - and the scope will need to be negotiated and communicated clearly. It is complicated, very detailed, and needs to be completed with a high degree of accuracy Please do not submit an automated bid - I am looking for someone with an extremely good attention to detail, with experience completing a similar or related organisation project.
