I’m gearing up for a four-day sales blitz across Southern California and need a single, polished Excel workbook that lets three separate field teams hit their assigned counties with as little back-tracking as possible. You’ll start with my existing spreadsheets—active accounts, inactive accounts, a large pool of cold prospects, plus a tab that maps every county to its relevant ZIP codes. Your job is to merge and clean that data, then reorder it strictly by geographical proximity so each team’s list flows naturally from one stop to the next. Every row must include the company name, street address, phone or main email contact, and an extra “Rep Notes” column the team can quickly fill in from the road. I’ll provide the exact counties each team will cover; you’ll break the master sheet into three clearly labeled tabs (Team 1, Team 2, Team 3). Use whatever mapping or distance-matrix tools you prefer—Excel formulas, Power Query, VBA, or an external API—as long as the final result lands back in a clean .xlsx file. Acceptance criteria: • Each team tab lists only its assigned counties and all viable accounts in tight, drive-efficient order. • No duplicate addresses across tabs. • Columns: Company Name | Address | Contact Info | Rep Notes. • Ready-to-use Excel workbook delivered, error-checked and sorted.
