Web Power BI Multi-Site Dashboard

I need to turn several stand-alone Excel workbooks—each one living on a different site—into a single, web-based Power BI dashboard. Every workbook shares the same structure and equations, so the logic already exists; what’s missing is a central data model and an interface that respects two levels of access: • Site users should log in and see only their own figures, rendered through bar charts, pie charts and line graphs that behave exactly like the current spreadsheets. • Admins must see the full picture across all sites, filter instantly, and spot defects in real time. I will supply the existing Excel templates, the equations behind them, and sample data for each location. You will need to: 1. Build or recommend a lightweight data store that accepts automated uploads (CSV/XLSX) or a direct gateway from SharePoint/OneDrive if that speeds things up. 2. Reproduce the spreadsheet calculations inside Power BI so figures match to the decimal. 3. Design the report pages and visuals (bar, pie, line) and configure row-level security for the two user groups. 4. Publish it to the Power BI Service, embed it on a secure web page, and provide a short hand-over guide so I can add new sites later. When we’re done I should be able to open one URL, choose an admin or site credential, and watch the numbers update without downloading a single file. If you have previous experience with Power BI Row-Level Security and Excel-to-Power BI migrations, that will make this project move fast. Also Needs these original data to be collected in a single platform and able to be exported to similar excel sheet format.
