Busy real estate agent needs someone to perform Assistant Transaction Coordinator work, data entry and compilation of data from various sources (for instance taking data from county website and merging ownership and title history from another real estate site) and researching census data and tracking excel speadsheet . Other related tasks include assisting with broker price opinions, helping with marketing such as enhancing listings online with more photos, editing, data entry of listings. Real estate experience is a must for this job. Some days are busier than others. Please bid on what you expect to get paid per week and detail the hourly rate. Although, this job can eventually turn into full time, as of now it will be part time. I want your hourly rate since some days you will not work all day long or answer lots of calls. I do however want someone to be available during the 9-5 day./ Other duties: You must be available 9 AM -5 PM Pacific Time. California is my location. Professional voice and attitude Updates to website - you will learn how to add pages to the site and any other updates (Wordpress site) Good internet connection Reliable and great English skills. You must read and write English at a high level. This includes punctuation and grammar. Edit and enhance photos (you must possess the skills to take a real estate photos and make it look amazing! brighten, enhance color. Review offer paperwork and fill out paperwork when needed Act as a liaison on on closings - Call to schedule appraisals, set-up inspections, retrieve information from title company etc. Please provide why you are the fit for this job.
