Busy real estate agent needs someone to answer my phone and do other related tasks such as enhancing listings online with more photos, editing, data entry of listings, screening calls from buyers and other agents . Currently using ring central for my PBX. You will use this system to answer calls or calls will be forwarded to you to start. Please note, basic scripts will be used based on the call received. You will then typically route the call to me or email results of the message taken. Real estate experience is a must for this job. Some days are busier than others.
Please bid on what you expect to get paid per week and detail the hourly rate. Although, this job can eventually turn into full time, as of now it will be part time. I want your hourly rate since some days you will not work all day long or answer lots of calls. I do however want someone to answer any calls during a 9-5 day, so I will only pay for the time used to attend to these calls. If you are mobile that is fine. You still need to answer the calls coming in!
You must be available 9 AM -5 PM EST U.S. Florida is my location.
Professional voice and attitude
Updates to website - you will learn how to add pages to the site and any other updates (Wordpress site)
You must be able to use my PBX on your PC - This means downloading the application for use and learning how to use it. Ring Central provides tons of information on how to use their system.
Good internet connection
Reliable and great English skills. You must read and write English at a high level. This includes punctuation and grammar.
Edit and enhance photos (you must possess the skills to take a real estate photos and make it look amazing! brighten, enhance color. (Batch processing of photos to for example resize 50 photos at one time is a good skill to possess.
Review offer paperwork and fill out paperwork when needed
Act as a liaison on on closings - Call to schedule appraisals, set-up inspections, retrieve information from title company etc.
