May I please see an URL for the site you need scraped. Once I see the layout and complexity of the site and get a feel for the volume that needs scraping, I'll be able to confirm whether I'll be able to scrape it within the time and budget you've allocated. Most sites I can code up a quick scraper in Python, Ruby or PHP within 30 minutes and then set it to run. How long it'll need to run really depends on the volume of pages I need to access as I'll need to "trickle" out the requests via proxies so as to not A) overload the target server or B) get flagged as a bot and get IP banned by the server's admin. There are some sites that aren't quite as simple to scrape (require login, verify with cookies). Most of those are still scrapable, but scraping them usually incurs additional time and cost.
