I am looking for someone to take information off a website database and copy it into Excel in a specific and simple format.

That is not the exact search string (I will provide you the actual one later), but the format is the same. For each entry, the business name, address and phone number will need to be copied into a format like the attached file. This example has 3000 entries, but what you will be doing is close to 3500.
If you can create a system to tap into the database this will be very easy. Otherwise, it is a very simple process of copying & pasting into excel. You can then write a simple macro to filter out the unnecessary data and then organize the information into the format I need.
If you can provide a small sample of the above (about 100 entries) it will help with making my decision.
