We have an Excel spread sheet with 5805 entries.
Each entry is the name of an organisation.
We require an email address for each organisation in order to submit a Freedom of Information request.
If the organisation is no longer operational, we require a note to state "no longer operational"
If there is no specific FOI email address, a contact email address is acceptable.
If a contact email address is provided then we require a note to state "No FOI email address found"
This is a straight forward task that does not require any special expertise or prior knowledge.
