Job Description:
We are a Recruiting Firm looking for a Recruiting sourcer to provide us candidates for our open positions.
If you have employer account access of monster/careerbuilder/dice/hotjobs and if you are willing to provide us qualified 100 candidates based on our requirements( exactly according to our position details ) please provide us a daily bid for sending 100 fresh resumes in MS word format.
We will supply you with a job description, letter and questionaire that will be required from each potential candidate before being considered valid.
Please do not bid if you have access to above employer accounts and if you are not an experienced in Sourcing/Recruiting Techniques.
Pay is based on performance. There is a $500 bonus for each person that we successfully place. We work over 500 positions yearly.
