Looking for an assistant to handle and manage incoming leads from my work email.
You will have to find missing leads in the file and also batch incoming leads from this email on to a google sheet file.
This is an hourly part time position. one to two times per week.
your goal is to increase efficiency of the leads coming in and to not lose any of them,
you must also copy and paste the correct information for me before I get to the file.
sometimes we get return mail so you have to call the customer to get a updated address
and then we will add them to to the next batch 1 week later
this file must be updated once week but maybe updated twice week as well at request
YOU MUST SPEAK ENGLISH well enough for me to understand you clearly on Whats app voice message system.(This is important for training material and system updates)
all leads must be added to 2-3 3rd party software to help the sale process. A voice mail software and property finding software for real estate
SOFTWARE INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
bulk email sending(Maillite)
crm or google sheets
(Tutorials for each one will be available)
Experience In marketing will help, and is required because I would like to maximize my efficiency on getting leads thru my website.
You will also have a phone number you can log onto and receive customer information.
