We have a Microsoft Word document containing 500 addresses. We have attached it to this post. It is called Names List 2.doc. We need to have all of the addresses in this file entered into an Excel document. We have attached the Excel document to this post, too. It is called Names Excel2.xls.
Basically, the only things we need copied are the Address, City, State, and Zipcode from each listing appearing in the Word document. We don't need the name or phone number.
The first 5 listings have been added into the Excel document already, to serve as a sample.
The text DOES NOT need to be Case Sensitive. Capital or lower case is fine.
This project MUST be completed within 12-15 hours.
