Because of the increased offshore data entry projects coming, our company is hiring a data entry operator to effectively process data for the benefit of the company. We need to have good keyboard speed and the ability to interpret information quickly and correctly. In accordance with our company established policy and procedure, the data entry professionals will perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks in support of department's payroll, insurance and time and attendance program. The data entry individual will also create reports, provide weekly updates, and obtain accurate and timely data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide and assist with technical information about tools and materials.
Support the sales team in a variety of administrative task as required.
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing friendly services.
Prepares format and codes for entry and outputs of data.
To report any errors or delays with electronic requests due to non-linking.
Attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry.
Ability to learn technical information provided in training.
