Bilingual Sales Caller for India-Based Small Businesses

We are hiring a fluent Hindi and English-speaking sales caller to find small businesses in India that do not have a proper website and sell them a simple professional website package. The job is simple: you will go on Google Maps, search for local businesses, check if they have a website, and if they do not, you will call or WhatsApp them. Your goal is to explain why having a website is important for their business, show them sample websites, tell them the price, collect a 50% down payment, and close the full sale. You will handle the full sales process. The only thing you do not have to do is build the website. You will mainly target businesses like gyms, salons, beauty clinics, dental clinics, restaurants, cafés, sweet shops, clothing stores, boutiques, jewelry shops, furniture stores, interior designers, real estate agents, tuition centers, coaching centers, photographers, event planners, car detailing shops, mobile repair shops, electronics shops, local manufacturers, wholesalers, and small product/service businesses. Your daily work will be to search Google Maps for businesses, make a list of businesses with no website or a bad website, call the owner, and explain how a website can help them look more professional, build customer trust, show their products or services clearly, get found on Google, make it easier for customers to contact them, and give them a proper online presence instead of only relying on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Google Maps. You will then show them sample website designs so they can understand what their website could look like. After that, you will explain the website package, give them the price, answer their questions, and close the deal. Once they agree, you will collect a 50% down payment before the work starts. The remaining 50% will be collected when the website is ready. You will also tell the customer that the website will be completed in about one week after we receive the down payment, business details, photos, logo, services/products, contact number, location, and any other content needed for the website. After closing the sale, you will collect all the business information from the client and send it to us so we can build the website. This includes the business name, owner name, phone number, WhatsApp number, location, Google Maps link, logo, photos, services, products, prices if needed, business hours, preferred colors, and any special requests. This role is for someone who can speak confidently, explain things simply, follow up with business owners, negotiate price, and close deals. You must be comfortable cold calling and messaging businesses. You should sound professional but natural, not robotic. The main goal of this job is to bring in paid website clients. You are responsible for finding the business, contacting them, explaining the value, showing samples, giving the price, collecting the down payment, and sending us all the details so we can make the website.
