Cold Caller – Maritime Sector (Part-Time) We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller to support our business development efforts in the maritime and ship management sector. This role is key to expanding our client network and supporting our growing operations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to maritime and ship management companies Identify and engage decision-makers (name, title, contact details) Present our products and services professionally Send presentations and follow up with prospects Arrange web meetings / online demos Assist our support team with basic tasks, including: Ticketing system handling Logging and updating client requests Coordinating with internal teams Ideal Skills & Experience Proven experience in cold calling / telesales Strong spoken and written English Professional communication and persuasion skills Ability to gather and document information accurately Experience in the maritime or shipping industry is a strong plus Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems Working Hours & Schedule 4 hours per day Monday to Friday 10:00 – 13:00 (GMT +2) Application Requirements (IMPORTANT) To be considered, applicants must: Upload a short voice recording (maximum 1 minute) in English, attempting to sell any product or service to a company This is required to evaluate English level, clarity, and confidence Provide a brief summary of previous cold-calling experience Mention any maritime-related experience (if applicable) We are looking for a reliable, confident communicator who can grow with us long-term.
