Hi I believe I'm the best candidate for this job as I have been working more than two years for the BPO industry, I have both customer care experience as I work for a KOHL'S campaign directed to customer care, and sales experience as I worked for AT&T chat sales campaign, where I was taught the process of how to manage an interaction with a customer in order to drive a sale, I was as well promoted to supervisor on both campaigns due to my performance.
I believe that as I am new, it would only be fair to offer my services at first at the lowest hourly salary and then when my performance is the desired one, formally request an evaluation for a raise.
