Data entry: daily processing of incoming tables of numbers

Every day we receive a emails with tables containing numbers which represent changes in rates. Those new rates must be entered into our systems. There is a checklist which must be followed for each incoming e-mail which determines in which system(s) the rates should be entered. On the checklist there are some other processing actions to be taken. The systems and incoming emails are in Dutch so you should either understand Dutch or be confident that you can map the incoming table of rates to the table in the destination systems. If you are smart, you will be able to learn this quite quickly. Some actions on the checklist may seem 'technical', for example copy-paste XML in a not-user-friendly-looking (but simple) web interface. All systems you will be working with, are web based. Emails may come in at any time but should be processed every working day between 3 and 5 PM Amsterdam Time (CEST). It may require anywhere between 0 hours to 2 hours to do this work depending on the incoming emails. Skills required are accuracy, being able to follow instructions but also being able to make choices and proceed when in doubt.
