Performs high-quality data entry, ensuring the integrity of information that documents progress towards desired child, family and program outcomes.
1. Updates, maintains and retrieves information held on client record systems.
2. Enters client information into online client record systems from paper copy.
3. Assists with compilation of reports from client records systems.
4. Assists Family Service staff in the creation of client files.
5. Ensures security of client file systems.
6. Monitors client files, both paper and electronic, to see that all required information is complete, available for review and meets Federal standards.
7. Assists staff with accessing client information.
8. Assists in providing clerical support, including answering phones and processing mail.
9. Protects the safety of children by implementing active supervision techniques to ensure no child is left alone or unsupervised at any time.
10. May assist in maintaining waitlist to meet federal fund standards by doing weekly recruitment and applications.
11. Assists with parent involvement and mobilization of matching/in-kind funds at the local level.
12. Fills in on a temporary basis when a staff member needs to leave the classroom for a short duration.
13. Assists with playground supervision, bus loading/unloading and bus monitoring as needed.
