I run a recruitment agency.
I have 25,000 candidate resumes (in word or PDF file) that I need imported into the database.
You will need to import each resume 1 by 1.
You will need to ensure the data has mapped correctly.
You click and drag the resume into the database and then make sure the phone, location, job titles are correct when the database creates a new candidate profile.
If it's correct, move on to the next resume to import.
on average it should take you 3 minutes per resume to be imported into the database.
which means 20 resumes per hour
which means 1,200 resumes per week.
This job will take 20 weeks / 5 months
after this job is completed, I will want you to work part-time (20 hours a week) in the business cleaning the database and making sure all the information is formatted correctly.
