Design and implement Debt & Budgeting Tools to be accessed via website

I want a section designed on a website (Website live) where a person can access online resources in relation to debt and budgeting areas. I want the tools designed to help a person assess their financial situation, analyse their income and debts and then make a budget. Maybe four features 1. A template with questions that help the client clearly identify where their money is going work - some sort of scoring system and that it is inactive. 2.
