In my recent employer in Manila, Philippines, I made calls and served as a team leader for collections, skip tracing department and customer service accounts. Expert in the search for customers with delinquent accounts. As a team leader, I have given guidance and training for my team members to improve their job. I also provided team reports to the senior leadership on a daily, quarterly and monthly basis.
Being in the BPO industry for six years starting as a Customer Service Representative and finally as a Team Leader, I have gained the skills, knowledge and experience. As far as the BPO trade is concerned, I am the perfect fit for the job.
