I am looking for an ongoing virtual assistant to organise my email inbox. I use Gmail for both my business and personal email (I have two email addresses in total) and have an inbox now reaching 14,000 emails.
I am looking for you to work with me to clean up my inbox (get to inbox zero) and create an email filing system with folders for clients I work with as well as other aspects in my life. I would prefer to have both my emails within one mainframe rather than having to switch between accounts if possible.
I am to hire a VA who is:
1. Proficient in the Google Apps Suite of products, specifically Gmail and Drive; and
2. Very organised and can suggest systems I can use for decluttering my inbox.
Please write a short piece as to how you can help me with my emails and what systems you might look to use, so I know you have read this post :)
This will be the first task, but upon successful completion and satisfaction I am looking to bring on a part time VA for other tasks such as book keeping, accounting and other tasks.
