Employment History Verification -- 6

I need help running employment-history checks as part of my pre-employment vetting process. You will receive candidate consent forms plus the contact details of their previous employers and will be responsible for confirming the dates of employment, positions held and any other information the employer is willing and legally able to share. For each candidate, I expect: • Direct contact with listed employers (phone or email is fine) • A brief written report summarising verified start/end dates, job titles and the name of the person who confirmed the information • A clear note of any discrepancies or cases where information could not be obtained Please keep all conversations professional, respect privacy regulations (GDPR, FCRA or local equivalents) and deliver each report within two business days of receiving the candidate file. Familiarity with standard background-screening tools or platforms is welcome but not mandatory—reliability, accuracy and good communication matter most.
